The design of the semi-detached is in an area near the old village of Diano, Scigliano. Particularly close and spectacular are the valley and late Renaissance Church of S. Joseph. The site has a steep slope. The two twin houses grouped together and separated by the stairs and entrances have the same internal distribution on three levels.The composition is characterized by a moderate volumetric articulation, where the simplicity of the house and long terraced balconies are the reference design. The planned structure is partly in reinforced concrete and partly in load-bearing masonry.
