MP House – Raffaele Ripoli Architect

The house probably built around the 1950s has 2 staggered factory bodies with roof cover. The preliminary study consists of the renovation with the internal redistribution of 2 levels and the extension with terraced volumes laddered up to create a kind of patio, place of aggregation outside of the house with breathtaking landscape views towards the Tyrrhenian Sea. In particular, the living area and the spaces outside the house characterize the renovation project and the extension of this house. The use destinations of the extension such as bathroom, tavern, storage room, multi-purpose warehouses and woodwork widen the living area in the back. The extension of the flat roof (part of the extension) repairs and marks the path that connects the living area with the car box.
