The project involves the building of a reinforced concrete structure including roof structure of a new lot.The interior space distribution, and the design of the facades, take into account the location of the house in terms of natural landscape and architectural environment. The beautiful view of the valley to the North is resolved by the large windows on the first floor (living room) and by an extended porch (parking space and basement). The facades are resolved in order to provide more light to the North and South for a number of reasons: the glass clear facade to the North relates with the valley below, the South benefits from much light as the house leans on a border retaining wall. The materials used are white plaster, stone, wooden slats on the outside, while the industrial concrete floor tavern and wooden floors for the living and bedroom area, the windows are in wood and the roof is lined in clay tiles .
