The house is located in the village of Diano di Scigliano. The building, which is likely to be of 19th-century origin, is on three levels. In addition to the redistribution of the interior spaces characterized by the living room with minimalist ladder in dark wood visible and the partial reconstruction of wooden floors, the recovery project consists of “finding” as far as possible some “elements original architectural details” such as the wooden lintels and the contour to the openings in the facade, the plaster with rough Mediterranean effect color sand, the essential railings then galvanized, the eaves and rainforests galvanized, the metal canopy as a shelter arched entrance, the recovery of the door, windows and balconies including the dark interior with the original wood, the balcony floor, the windowsills, the entrance ladders and the bench leaning against the smoothed concrete facade, the recovery of the stone portal in the arched door of the warehouse.
