BC Home interior – Raffaele Ripoli Architect

The interior space of this house is on 4 levels. The first level (taverna) is characterized by an open space with a wall equipped kitchen and suspended hood of steel, a curved volume for the service bathroom, a suspended wooden counter-offensive, and a stone and wood fireplace wall. The second level (living) is the most intimate and private living area of the family with independent entrance. The stone wall and wooden staircase characterize this living area. There is a wooden ceiling in the kitchen-lunch space. The third level (night area) night with master bedroom, son’s room and bathroom, and is planned the disengagement with curved wall. The fourth level (attic) with pre-existing wooden attic is an open multipurpose space with screen-wall covered on the staircase that serves as a fixed closet. The staircase partly in c.a. with steps bandaged with wood and partly made entirely with wooden structure on all levels is screened with transparent slabs of glass in such a way that it is also visually involved with the space of the house. The minimalist and essential language through the use of materials such as wood beams and terracotta for the floors, staircase with wood screen with glass, steel hood and floor with lava stone kitchen in the tavern, stone living wall and wall tavern fireplace characterizes the space of this tiered dwelling. The work is planned in several stages.
