The area is on a steep slope with a drop of approximately 14 m. between the upstream and downstream access to the lot. The formal simplicity of the gable- roof house is the main design theme along with the large loggia with columns overlooking the beautiful view of the Savuto valley. The structure is partly built in reinforced concrete and partly in load-bearing masonry. The walls are plastered, the roof covering in clay tiles. The arbitrary choices of the client during the realization, changed some parts of the original project.
